GridShare is an online network for people to create a visual grid of their latest inspirations from services such as Flickr, Vimeo and YouTube. Users are able to see a whole collection of media in one place; as well as follow others to see their latest collections. The aim is for people to become more aware of great quality content on the internet and to share their own personal findings with others. By displaying all of this media in a grid, it allows people to see a vast amount of content in one view.

The idea came about from a personal need of wanting a place to contain all of my own visual discoveries from the web; rather than having to navigate around multiple sites to remind myself of great content. By opening this up to multiple users, I was able to contextualise my project to a larger scale.
