I’ve finally edited my first video together since having the Canon EOS 70D. From my recent trip to Paris with Elly, I have put together a short film documenting the majority of activities we did in a jam-packed 5 days, including a trip to Disneyland.
Blog – New Work
All of the posts within this category are related to new work in my portfolio; such as design, photography and interactive development.
Photos from the London Marathon 2014 of Elite Men and Women such as Mo Farah and also the Masses.
This week I updated my London gallery within my portfolio. The update includes some photos taken last year in June when I went up the Shard. Somehow, among rebuilding my website, working on other websites and changing jobs (twice), I managed to lose track of these photos under the ever-growing library of other images.
From the success of the Greenwich Park Squirrel images, I have decided to create a project dedicated to the squirrels and possibly other creatures of London’s Royal Parks (Hyde/Greenwich/St. James’s/Regents/Richmond/Bushy/Green Park, Kensington Gardens and Brompton Cemetery).
I went for a walk through Greenwich park with my camera yesterday, hoping to get some good shots of the London skyline from a new perspective, as I had never been to the park before. The view was pretty stunning. The altitude at the top of the hill gives a fantastic vantage point for clear shots facing towards Canary Wharf and Central London. The weather was pretty crisp for a Winter’s day and there was a definite haziness across all of my photos so I wasn’t massively overwhelmed with the photos I got, so I decided to move on.
6 years ago —whilst still at School— I designed a website for an quaint bed and breakfast style hotel located in the village where I grew up. It was awfully designed and extremely basic but did the job well. The time finally came to redesign and rebuild the site from the ground up. All in all, this one brief pretty much sums up all of my creative skills into one.
