DJI Mavic Pro — Unboxing and First Time Flying

We took a flight with Air New Zealand to Auckland for the start of Jelly Journeys 2017. Plus, I finally unbox a DJI Mavic Pro drone to take these vlogs to the next level!

A few days after unboxing of the Mavic Pro, I finally got to fly it for the first time EVER. This was actually the first time I’d ever flown any drone, let alone the Mavic Pro.

This video was originally going to be part of another vlog, but I thought it was interesting to see the chatty thought process of how I went about flying for the first time. I kept the drone in beginner mode for the first flight, but have since filmed further vlogs of it in more advanced modes. I’ve also managed to fix the issue of the green screen on my iPhone. Not sure what fixed it, but it could have been a simple restart of the iPhone, which happened naturally when my battery ran out.
